Infrared and your health

Sunshower uses IR lamps with a full IR spectrum, but with an optimum in the short-wave region. This radiation can penetrate deep into the skin (up to a depth of 6mm). This leads to effective and optimal heating of the body. Harmful substances are discharged faster, blood vessels dilate and muscles become supple sooner to improve performance. These lamps are ideally suited to treat your neck, back and shoulders directly for short periods of time. The maximum time is 10 minutes, eliminating the risk of possible overheating of the body.
