When is a review verified?

In the Netherlands, reviews are never labelled as verified by Google. So far, this is only possible in the United States and Canada. Here, a Google review is labelled as 'verified' for businesses found and hired through local listings. This means that the customer who wrote the review found the business through Google. There are situations when a review cannot be verified by Google.

TopParken: 27,000+ own verified reviews

Whereas Google's reviews of TopParken are therefore not verified, this is always the case with their own reviews. After their stay, TopParken sends guests an e-mail containing a review form.
