When is a review verified?

A review is verified when a questionnaire is sent after the stay at TopParken, so a review is only verified when a guest has actually stayed there, this is the case with Booking.com. Booking.com aims to publish all reviews they receive. However, they add that they remove reviews if they violate the review guidelines and/or contain sensitive content. Booking.com also has an automated system that specialises in detecting fake reviews. These are therefore removed and action is taken against the person responsible. In addition, they only show reviews written within 3 months of visiting and remove reviews 36 months old or if the accommodation has changed owners.
