Infrared and your health

Sunshower uses IR lamps with a complete IR spectrum, but with an optimum in the short wave range. This radiance can penetrate deep into the skin (up to a depth of 6 mm). This leads to effective and optimal heating of the body. Harmful substances are removed faster, blood vessels dilate and muscles become more flexible in order to be able to perform better. These lamps are preferably suitable for short-term treatment of your neck, back and shoulders. The maximum time is 10 minutes, to ensure there is no chance of any overheating of the body.
