Are you looking for temporary accommodation during a renovation or relocation? At TopParken we welcome you to enjoy a comfortable stay in one of our holiday homes at Résidence Valkenburg for a longer period of time. These are available for a maximum period of 6 months(!). You cannot register at our parks and we work with rental contracts. Of course, during the period that you stay with us, you can make use of all the facilities at the park. Check out the starting prices (excl. additional costs):
- January to March: from €950 per month
- April + May: from €1,500 per month
- October - December: from €950 per month
In June to September we apply different rates due to the high season, if you would like to rent a property during this period we would be happy to make you a customised offer.
