Rules and regulations for use of wellness facilities

Dear guest,

Welcome to your holiday home, you can start enjoying it! Before you use the spa or hot tub, we would like you to note the following.

General: use & rules
Use of the wellness facilities is at your own risk. Please take the following into account:

• Use of the outdoor wellness facilities is allowed until 11 p.m.
• Eating, drinking and/or smoking is not allowed in the wellness facilities.
• Using electrical devices connected to a power source, such as telephone chargers, music equipment, etc is not allowed in the wellness facilities.

The instructions for use of the spa can also be found on the information board at the spa. Please also read this information carefully before use, so that you can enjoy your private spa carefree and safely.

Before your stay, the spa has been completely emptied, cleaned and refilled with water. All of this in accordance with the legal requirements regarding clean bath water. Due to careful and ecologically responsible cleaning, we cannot guarantee that the water will be at the desired temperature upon arrival. It goes without saying that the spa can be used immediately, however.

When using the spa, we ask that you observe all the rules on the information board. We ask you to pay extra attention to the following:

• In the interest of the hygiene of the bath water, rinsing yourself before use is mandatory.
• The spa offers room for up to 6 persons.
• Wearing swimwear is mandatory.

It may happen that the water quality is checked during your stay because we are legally obliged to do so. Our employees are trained and certified for this.

If the house rules are not observed and/or the water has deteriorated to a serious extent, TopParken may decide to empty the spa. The costs for this (€60) may be charged to you.

The instructions for use of the hot tub can also be found on the information board at the hot tub. Please also read this information carefully before use, so that you can enjoy your private hot tub carefree and safely.

The hot tub has been cleaned before your stay. All this in accordance with the legal requirements regarding clean bath water.

Rules

When using the hot tub, we ask you to observe all the rules on the information board. We ask you to pay extra attention to the following:

• In the interest of the hygiene of the bath water, rinsing yourself before use is mandatory.
• Wearing swimwear is mandatory.

Use

1. Remove the lid from the hot tub by sliding it backwards.
2. Fill the hot tub with water by placing the water hose in the bath (minimum water height is 25 cm measured from the bottom).
3. When the minimum water level has been reached, the heater can be switched on using the the power button. The heater will heat the water to 38℃.
4. Once the bath is filled (up to 15 cm from the edge), you can close the tap and remove the water hose from the bath.
5. After about 1.5 to 2 hours, the water will have reached the desired temperature.

After use

1. Turn the heater off using the power button.
2. Put the lid back on the hot tub.
3. Let the hot tub drain completely: remove the orange bath plug (side of the hot tub) by unscrewing it slightly and pulling it out 3 cm.
4. Replace the plug and tighten it well.

If a beeping signal comes from the boiler housing, you must check whether 1) there is water in the bath and 2) the water height is at least 25 cm. Once this is the case, you can switch on the heater using the the power button. The boiler will then fill with water and start up within 2 minutes. If this message persists, turn off the heater and contact reception.
