Resort Lexmond has officially opened!

Opening of new holiday park Lexmond

On Saturday 13 April, our newest holiday park, Resort Lexmond, was officially opened. The park was opened by the recreation & tourism alderman of the Vijfheerenlanden municipality; the municipality in which Resort Lexmond is located. The opening of the park and its facilities mark the start of the camping season at Resort Lexmond. Will you soon be camping at our holiday park on the Lek?

Resort Lexmond and the surrounding area in brief

Resort Lexmond is located in Lexmond, Utrecht, on the floodplains of the river Lek. Over the past period, hard work has gone into the development of the new holiday park and new park facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, restaurant with roof terrace and centre building have been realised. In addition, the park also has its own sandy beach; great for relaxing with a good book on a nice summer's day, or just enjoying the view. Moreover, the resort offers many opportunities for water sports and recreation.

Our newest holiday park is located in the Green Heart of the Netherlands; a beautiful nature area situated between major cities of the Randstad. This nature area is ideal for going out, for example renting a boat, visiting villages and towns or planning a long walking or cycling trip. Furthermore, Resort Lexmond is ideally located for trips to the city centre of Utrecht, Soestdijk Palace and National Park De Utrechtse Heuvelrug. In short: the location and versatile surroundings make Resort Lexmond a popular holiday destination in the Netherlands.
