JWP Investments, owner of TopParken, is developing the Netherlands' newest holiday resort on the Kraaijenbergse Plassen near Cuijk and Nijmegen. The area is also known as Dommelsvoort. Since the takeover in the middle of last year, a lot of hard work has been done. The project organisation is now at full strength. The previously published ideas and plans are being reconsidered after talks with various local residents and entrepreneurs. TopParken attaches great value to these insights and therefore remains in dialogue with the surrounding area. The main starting points are the historical context, infrastructure, nature and the need for day and overnight recreation in the coming years.
