TopParken new developer Dommelsvoort Cuijk

Launch of luxury holiday park 'The Dutch Palm' within a year

JWP Investments, owner of holiday park chain 'TopParken', among others, is going to develop recreation park Dommelsvoort. The necessary agreements for this were recently signed by the municipality of Cuijk and this developer.

TopParken will be the developer of holiday park Dommelsvoort and will rename it: The Dutch Palm. In the next three to five years, TopParken will build about 700 high-quality and luxurious holiday homes in the area adjacent to the Kraaijenbergse plassen. This will be a holiday peninsula with many high-quality facilities reminiscent of the famous artificial Palm Islands in Dubai. Besides luxurious and high-quality holiday homes and villas, numerous facilities for young and old will be built, all with an eye for sustainability, quality and the beautiful surroundings. Initial construction work will start within a period of one year. The area will be developed in several phases. With around 75 hectares of land, this will be one of the largest holiday resorts in Europe.
