• Please don't move the furniture. Moving furniture can cause damage to the furniture and floors. The manager may charge you for this damage.
• Do not open rooms or cupboards that are locked with a key and are therefore intended for private purposes.
• Do not throw anything into toilets, sinks or other drains (no tampons, sanitary napkins, diapers, pantyliners, etc.). Furthermore, do not dispose of environmentally harmful substances (such as fats and food residues) down the drain or the toilets. This causes serious blockages!
• Always use bed linen on the beds. If you fail to do so, you may be charged for the cleaning costs of the pillows, blankets and mattresses.
• Respect the garden, do not pick flowers and do not touch the trees and plants. Don't light a fire! Avoid driving cars on the lawn or in the yard. Pitching tents is strictly prohibited.
• A speed limit has been set to ensure the safety of our guests and animals. If you use a car at our park, you must drive at a walking pace.
• Make sure you do not cause any nuisance. Please adhere to the rule that before 7:00 a.m. and after 10 p.m., one must respect the peace of those in the vicinity.
• Identify any issues immediately upon arrival and report this to the reception within 24 hours, so that you are not held liable at the end of your stay. Report any damage that may have occurred during your stay and before you leave, so that TopParken can get the holiday home in order for the next guests. Any complaints must be reported to the reception desk immediately (on the day of arrival) after discovery.
• Fishing or swimming in the ponds is not allowed.
• Did you bring your pet? If so, please make sure that it stays off the couches and beds and keep the animal on a leash outside your holiday home.
