House rules

Please read the house rules below carefully

• Please do not move furniture. Moving furniture may cause damage to the furniture and floors. The caretaker may charge you for this damage.
• Do not open rooms or cupboards that are locked with a key and therefore intended for private use.
• Do not throw anything into the toilets, sinks or other drains (no tampons, sanitary towels, nappies, panty liners, etc.). Furthermore, do not throw environmentally harmful substances (such as fats and food residues) down the drains or into the toilets. This causes serious blockages!
• Always use linen on the beds. Should you fail to do so, you may be charged for the cleaning costs of the pillows, blankets and mattresses.
• Respect the garden, do not pick flowers or touch the trees and plants; do not light fires! Avoid driving cars on the lawn or through the garden. Setting up tents is strictly prohibited.
• To ensure the safety of our guests and animals, a speed limit has been set. If you enter our park by car, please drive at walking pace.
• Do not cause any nuisance. Observe the rule that before 7 a.m. and after 10 p.m. you must respect the peace and quiet of local residents.
• Please report any defects immediately on arrival and notify reception within 24 hours so that you are not held liable at the end of your stay. Report any damage during your stay and before you leave, so that TopParken can put the holiday home in order for the next guests. Any complaints should be reported immediately (on the day of arrival) to reception.
• It is not allowed to fish or swim in the ponds without permission.
• Did you bring your pet? Please make sure it does not lie on the couches or beds and keep it on a leash outside your holiday home.

The holiday park cannot be held liable for any printing and/or typesetting errors in this range. If you come across any, we would like to be informed. You are not allowed to take this information fan with you. If you do, we will charge you for it.
