Buying your dream holiday home in the Netherlands
Buying a cottage in the Netherlands is becoming increasingly interesting and popular. Not only will you enjoy your own place in the middle of nature, but you will also benefit from an interesting net return per year. At many holiday parks in the Netherlands, when you buy a cottage, you have the option of using the house yourself or renting it out. At TopParken, we combine the two. This way, you benefit from the rental income and can also enjoy your own holiday home. Of course, you are not obliged to rent out your holiday home. You decide whether you rent out your holiday home completely, partially or not at all.

Buy a holiday home to let
If you buy a holiday home at TopParken and choose to let it partially or fully, we will take care of everything for you. As soon as you indicate in your personal "My TopParken" environment in which period the holiday home can be rented out, we will start working for you. We take care of the rental, of course, but also of the check-in and check-out and the cleaning of the house. At the end of each month/quarter, you will then receive the rental income.
