Are you buying just the holiday home or also the land?

At TopParken, you can buy a holiday home including the ground. So you not only become the owner of the holiday home, but also of the ground on which the holiday home stands. Of course, you are not obliged to buy the ground; it is also possible to rent it or acquire a long lease.
