Complaints procedure

Despite TopParken's care and efforts, are you not entirely satisfied with your stay at one of our parks? Then you can choose to report this. In order to provide you with the best possible service, we ask you to follow the complaints procedure below.

Step 1: Report your complaint at the reception of the park

Your complaint should initially, at the time of your stay at the park, be reported to the park reception so that we have the opportunity to resolve the complaint on site.

Should your complaint not be resolved to your satisfaction, you can still submit your complaint at step 2 within 1 month of your departure.

Step 2: Filing a complaint

If, despite the efforts of our on-site park staff, your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can submit your complaint in writing here. You must submit your complaint within 1 month of departure from the park. Unfortunately, we cannot deal with complaints that are more than 1 month old.
