In Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, bordering on the river IJssel and Park Hitland, you will find the watery Parc de IJsselhoeve. Here you can rent a luxurious and comfortable bungalow for 2 to 6 persons. Most of the bungalows are located near the water and surrounded by nature. During your stay you will have all kinds of conveniences, such as a cosy living room with flat screen TV, a kitchen with Douwe Egberts coffee maker, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin and bedrooms with comfortable beds. Outside, there is parking space for one car.

In the surroundings of our park, you will find many opportunities for cycling, walking and riding routes. Nature reserve Park Hitland borders directly on our holiday park. You can also rent a bicycle at the park.
Visiting port city Rotterdam
Just 15 kilometres from our park (20 minutes by car and 50 minutes by bike) is Rotterdam, with its tall skyscrapers, striking buildings, imposing skyline and, of course, the Erasmus Bridge.
Fishing in Park Hitland
In Park Hitland, you will find many waters with fish. You will find fish species such as bream, pike, carp, perch, tench, rudd and roach. For the best spot, we recommend Hitland-Zuid.
Discover Blijdorp Zoo
The Blijdorp Zoo, voted the most beautiful zoo, is just a 20-minute drive from Parc de IJsselhoeve. Stroll across the African Savannah and who knows, you might come face to face with the giraffes!

Although it is certainly wonderful to discover the surroundings of our park, it is also highly recommended to taste the atmosphere at the park. After all, we offer excellent facilities which you, as a guest, can make unlimited use of. Take a dip in the heated outdoor swimming pool and relax on the sun beds, enjoy a snack and a drink on the terrace of our atmospheric restaurant or play your favourite sport on the sports field. Are pets welcome in the bungalows?
Sure! We have special bungalows where pets are also welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per bungalow. Tip: a 10-minute walk from our park you will find Hondenspeelterrein Hitland-Noord. Your dog can run and romp safely here.
What wellness options are available at the bungalows?
We have some bungalows with a private sauna or spa in the garden. Relax your muscles and unwind completely. A wellness bungalow is an absolute must for a romantic weekend away with your partner.
