When is a review verified?

A Trustpilot review is labelled as 'Verified' when the reviewer has had an actual service or buying experience with the organisation. At Trustpilot, this can be done in two ways:

1) Invitation sent through Trustpilot

All organisations can send a review invitation to their customers or guests. If they do this via an automatic invitation tool, the reviews are then automatically labelled as 'Verified'. TopParken therefore does not send these invitations.

2) When evidence is provided

Reviewers may also be asked to send documentation confirming their service or purchase experience. This ensures that a customer or guest has actually used a product or service.

Verified or unverified reviews at Trustpilot?

On Trustpilot, you can read reviews that are verified and unverified. With organic reviews, there is not always proof that the consumer actually had a service experience. With reviews invited by an organisation, there is. These reviews can therefore be recognised by the label'Verified'.

When it is certain that people have had a service experience (i.e. in the case of TopParken have visited a holiday park), these reviews are labelled 'Verified'. These people can share an honest and reliable opinion, which is not the case for unverified reviews.

Whereas at Trustpilot the reviews on TopParken are not verified, this is the case for the reviews on this official website. TopParken sends all guests who have enjoyed a holiday an e-mail with a review form, in which they can share their experiences and impressions.
